To, oraz sam fakt, że lubię czasem coś zrobić sama czy pobawić się w zajęcia z plastyki. W tym wypadku, moje zdjęcia mówią same za siebie, więc przedstawiam kilka pomysłów na ponowne i praktyczne użycie rzeczy, które znajdują się u nas w domu.
Oryginalna Cola
Mój facet nie potrafi żyć bez Coca Coli pomimo moich lektur na temat ilości cukru zawartej w tym pysznym napoju. Pewnego dnia, zlokalizował oryginalne butelki Coli dla nas (były puste po paru minutach gdyż był to niesamowicie upalny dzień) i nie chciałam ich wyrzucać. Więc, oto moja kolekcja kasz, soczewic itd. Słoiki zużywam ponownie w podobny sposób.
Lub na przyrządy na biurku
Eksponowanie biżuterii
Marzę o pięknej, starodawnej toaletce, ale na razie, musi mi wystarczyć prawa strona starego biurka mojego taty, na której umieściłam swoją kolekcję bransoletek, naszyjników i inne akcesoria. Uwielbiam ich kolory i tekstury, więc pomyślałam, aby je umieścić na zapasowej szklanej butelce po Coli, starym porysowanym wazoniku i szklanej butelce po soku.
Butelki, butelki
Uwielbiam dostawać kwiaty i nigdy nie mam ochoty ich wyrzucać. Trzymam zasuszone w butelkach i wazonach aż do czasu, gdy pojawiają się nowe.
Zastanawiałam się nad fajnym pomysłem na przechowywanie okularów przeciwsłonecznych aż w końcu trafiłam na wieszak po zakupionym szaliku, z którym nie wiedziałam, co zrobić. Chwilę później, moje okulary miały nowy dom.
Uwielbiam czasopisma i nigdy nie chcę ich wyrzucać. Wyglądają świetnie na półkach!
Uwielbiam fotografie. Uwielbiam fotografować i być fotografowana (tylko nie w gorsze dni) i lubię przeglądać je w komputerze, na Kindlu, w telefonie. Lecz nie ma to jak stara wywołana fotografia wyeksponowana w ciekawy sposób. Oto mój sposób na pokazywanie starych i nowych zdjęć używając kawałka wełny oraz wsuwek do włosów!
W przyszłości, planuję zamienić inne starocie i niepotrzebne rzeczy na fajne, praktyczne przedmioty. Ciąg dalszy na pewno nastąpi!

What’s old can be new (and useful) again
We already know that fashion makes constant comebacks. Just one look at 90s crop tops and 60s poodle skirts makes us certain, that that’s a fact. However, I have a thing for making old things new, not just in the realm of fashion. There’s that, and then there’s my little need to DIY or do a little arts-and-crafts. In this case, my photos say more than words can, but here are some ideas of ways I reused old stuff in my house and put them to good use. Who knows, maybe I’ll inspire someone today?
Original Cola bottles
My boyfriend can’t live without Coca-Cola, even despite my lectures on the amount of sugar present in that tasty drink. One day, he hunted down Original Coke bottles for us (they were gone in minutes once he brought them home on a scorching day) and I didn’t want to throw them out. So, voila - here’s my collection of lentils, grains, etc. I reuse jars the same way.
Or as desk tools.
Jewelry displays
My dream is a vintage vanity, but until then, I use the right side of my dad’s old desk to display my numerous bracelets, necklaces and other accessories. I love their colors and textures, so I thought of displaying them using a leftover Coke bottle, an old chipped vase, and a glass juice bottle.
More bottles
I love getting flowers and I never want to get rid of them. I keep them dried up in bottles and vases until they get their replacement.
Easy sunglasses hanger
After trying to come up with a brilliant idea for storing my sunglasses, I ended up with a hanger from a scarf I once bought and thought, do I need this? A few seconds later, my sunglasses were proudly displayed.
Magazine stacks
I love magazines and I never want to throw them out. They look great on shelves!
Photo displays
I love photos. I love taking them, I love having them taken (except on bad hair days) and I love looking at them on my laptop, Kindle and smartphone. But, there’s nothing like a plain old photograph displayed creatively. Here’s my idea of displaying photos both old and new using a bit of yarn and bobby pins!
In the future, I plan on reusing even more old and useless things and turning them into cool, useful items. Stay tuned, this will be continued!
